Because many of our items are curated, seasonal, or glow-activated, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

We accept replacements (not returns) under these conditions:

• Item arrives damaged

• Item is defective or does not function as intended

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide a photo or video showing the issue

• Email or message us with your order number

Please note:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind

• We do not accept returns on used or opened glow items

• Sale items and custom/curated boxes are non-refundable
