Event Policies
At RaveGlow Gifts, our events are all about light, creativity, and positive experiences.
These policies exist to make sure everyone knows what to expect, so your event runs smoothly and stress-free.
By booking a RaveGlow Gifts event, you agree to the following policies:
Booking & Deposits
Events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
A deposit may be required to reserve your event date.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Remaining balances, if applicable, are due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date when notice is given in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or fees already incurred.
Setup & Space Requirements
The client is responsible for providing adequate space for setup and activities.
A flat, safe, and accessible area is required for games, stations, and equipment.
Setup and breakdown time will be coordinated in advance and is included in the event timeline unless stated otherwise.
Access to power outlets may be required for certain experiences.
Supervision & Safety
Adult supervision is required for children’s events at all times.
Guests are expected to use equipment and glow items responsibly.
RaveGlow Gifts is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
Some items may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children.
Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing weather-appropriate conditions or backup plans.
In cases of severe weather, events may be rescheduled for safety reasons.
Weather-related decisions will be made with safety as the top priority.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related interruptions beyond our control.
Damage or Loss of Equipment
Clients are responsible for reasonable care of all RaveGlow Gifts equipment during the event.
Damage or loss beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement fees.
Equipment must be used as instructed and returned in the condition it was provided.
Music & Volume Expectations
Music volume must comply with venue rules and local noise ordinances.
Clients are responsible for ensuring permission to play music at their location.
RaveGlow Gifts is not responsible for venue restrictions or noise-related interruptions.
Travel Radius & Location
Events within the Cheyenne area are included in standard pricing.
Events outside the local area may be subject to travel fees.
Travel availability is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Respect & Positive Environment
RaveGlow Gifts events are built on positivity, respect, and inclusivity.
We reserve the right to end an event early if guests engage in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
Agreement
By booking or participating in a RaveGlow Gifts event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Event Policies.
