This collaboration allows us to bring high-quality, beautifully installed lighting solutions to Cheyenne homes looking to elevate their exterior year-round.

We exclusively install the Govee Pro series, a premium option known for its superior durability, advanced features, and a 3-year manufacturer warranty from Govee. Clients have the flexibility to either purchase the lights themselves and have us handle the installation, or we can conveniently order the lights on your behalf.

Typical Installation Pricing (Labor Only):

• Single-story homes (ranch-style):
  Usually require one 200-foot kit. Installation typically ranges from $700–$800.

• Two-story homes:
  Generally require 400 feet of lighting (200 feet per level). Installation typically ranges from $1,600–$1,800, not including the cost of lights.

Final pricing may vary based on the height of the home, roofline complexity, and overall installation difficulty. In some cases, additional materials may be needed, such as mounting brackets for each light or connector cables (commonly called splitters) to link multiple lighting paths.
